5 hours for a 13 min clip sounds about right actually. For a fhd to 4k upscale, a 30 min video takes about 8 to 9 hours on a 3090 for me uding gaia. Proteus and artemis are faster but produce inferior results. SD to 1440p upscales don't take nearly as long. There's not alot of details in the images so it should take 4 to 5 hours. SD to 4k is kinda useless in my opinion but should not take much longer than SD to 1440p

You could try messing with frame interpolation settings to speed things up a bit. 50fps is often good enough instead of 60fps. Chronos is faster than apollo.

I wouldn't suggest using apollo fast or chrono fast. I find they produce more ghosting and blurriness than I'm comfortable with, but that's personal opinion

Lastly, second enhancement feature adds considerably to time, because you are essentially upscaling twice. However I fins lots of times it produces the best results

Hey Squirrel thanks for all the work you do.Can you tell me a little about how you do it? I've got Topaz, but taking 5+ hours to upscale a 13min clip seems wrong - how long would say a 30min clip take you? Any tips? Or different app I should try?Thanks again!
