Plastic surgery, she's an echo of herself now. Not like it matters though, she's a mother and married to some rich guy now lol.
I just looked up current pics of hers (reddit). I'm pretty sure it is less plastic surgery and more it is a 33yo woman with insane mileage. Women aren't pretty forever. Porn isn't a healthy lifestyle. Honestly given the sheer amount of... biological matter she has metabolized, she honestly looks pretty good for 30+. Russian women age poorly generally too.
